After 38 years with the same insurance carrier, their claims department decided to play dirty, and prove that longevity has its downside. Not only did their 'recommended' restoration providers have NO track record (all were F rated BBB), but their adjusters wouldn't even return calls. We were finally given the middle finger by their local claims supervisor. Mr. Michael Turner took our case to recover expenses from serious residential damage that LM (our carrier) decided to abandon us with. First filed in Fulton Count, the carrier decided to move it to Federal Court. After a year and a half, with discovery, depositions, etc, they finally settled. We ditched that carrier of all of our policies and went with one highly recommended by Mr. Turner.
