I am writing to share my experience regarding my attempt to obtain a free case evaluation from your office. Although I have not had the opportunity to work with Jamie directly as an attorney, I can speak to the responsiveness and follow-up process I encountered. I initially reached out on May 20th and provided detailed information about my case with the staff. At that time, I was informed that my information would be passed along to the attorney and that I would receive a follow-up once availability was confirmed. However, I did not receive a return call, which prompted me to follow up on May 22nd. During that call, I was told there was no clear reason why I had not yet been contacted, but that another message would be sent. Concerned that my information may not have been properly received, I also attempted to submit a request online for a free case evaluation, but unfortunately encountered an error message and was unable to complete the submission. I reached out again on May 26th and spoke with a representative, explaining my previous attempts and the issue with the website. I was told that another message would be sent to the office. After that call, I realized I had forgotten to ask for a same-day update, so I called back. During this interaction, I was informed that a request had already been submitted, but the representative declined to provide a follow-up or timeline. I left that conversation feeling that minimal effort was made to assist or troubleshoot the issue further. Her demeanor is what prompted this review. While my concerns are not directed at the attorney personally, the experience with the support staff is concerning, as it reflects on the overall service of the firm. I shared personal and sensitive information regarding my case, yet have not received any communication regarding whether my case will be reviewed or accepted or even a turnaround time. This has been disappointing. Also, A friend of mine is the one who told me about the firm, which is why I showed great intrest.
