Avoid this place for immigration services. I paid them in November to sponsor my wife. They lied to me for months, claiming they mailed the application in December. When I finally demanded proof, they gave me an online receipt dated March 24th—four months late! They held onto my money and my application for months without doing anything. And i go to my new lawer and they reviewed the file JNAM finally submitted in March. Not only did they lie about the filing date (they waited 4 months), but they also filled out the legal documents incorrectly. My lawyer had to fix their mistakes to save my wife’s case. They are incompetent and dishonest. Do not trust them with your family's future. Very dishonest and unprofessional. Do not trust them with your legal documents.

I had great experience with Jnam office in filing our tax in the last 3 years. Mr. Jimmy Do is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which obviously made the tax process less stressful. I recommend this office and definitely will come back next year.
