Decided to use a law firm in dfw but they ditched me to this group. I would not recommended them - extremely unprofessional , the atterney that was looking after my case left the business without letting me know. Poor communication, was referred for scans to a very incompetent group90 minutes drive from where I live.

They didn’t listen to nothing I requested. My head attorney got an attitude with me because I didn’t understand why my balance to receive was so low. I told them several times I didn’t wanted to pay out my own pockets for certain things and they still took it out my check. I wouldn’t recommend them to no one

Jordan C is a disgustingly rude person, So disrespectful and unprofessional. He should be fired immediately for how he speaks to people on phones. Zero phone etiquette. How do you have a person like this on the phones representing a business? He calls with attitude gets the information he needs and then abruptly hangs up no thank you no saying bye. I was in the middle of talking and he just hangs up and this has happened 3 times now which is why I’m leaving this review
