Once your case has went to negotiations they will NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER YOUR CALLS ! They will constantly tell you they will call back with answers and you never get them. When you do call, no one is ever available to speak to you . In the beginning they are very helpful, call almost every week or every other to make sure you have no questions and are ok. As soon as you hear the word negotiations the phone calls stop , and no one is miraculously EVER in the office to speak with you !! 4/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

I have been dealing with this office for almost a year and it’s hard to get any information on my case. I have been calling and leaving messages for my case manager and the person who answers the phone says they will leave a message because the cm is busy and she will return a call. Well it has been almost 3 months and I haven’t had an update or call or message back. To add my case has been ongoing for a year and I have NEVER spoken to my attorney.

Took sooo long for so little ,the only people that gained from this was them ,should have just took the first deal.went to the chiropractor sooo many times ,it wasn’t worth it basically just got the gas money that I used to head over there for months back

Lack of communication. I had to contact them to get updates. Not happy with the service I received from them or the doctors they sent me to.
