Worst lawyer ever took my money always had a bad attitude and wasn't coming to court literally was begging him to come to court after I pay and want answer the phone after he is paid. Talks nice just to get what he wants

John Taylor has been our family attorney since 1998. Sure he's brash but that's why we hired him. He's handled family matters and also a few criminal ones as well. Sure you could hire some sweet "Bless your heart" lawyer who'd be talking all your business in the courthouse or one who speaks the truth to you? I'll take Mr Taylor.

The worst n most unprofessional lawyer I have had to deal with ever! Very rude and talks to people any kind of way he wants to and gets mad when someone reacts to how he talks to people and all he cared about was getting paid in full cash only! Never again will I be calling this guy nor will I send any family or friends his way

Very responsible. He is very helpful. He is the volunteer counsel of the nonprofit organization that I am putting up, all for free. A good man. Very knowledgeable.

Do Not Even Consider This Man !! He has been reported to the Alabama State Bar for misrepresentation, taking your money without representing you, lying about what he will do for you, letting the plaintiff state all her false claims with NO rebuttal at all !! Mr. Taylor does not return phone calls after answering and saying "I will call you back in a couple hours". I called and texted several times to meet for the first time about my case. He would either ignore me, answer and say "I will call you back", but NEVER did. He waited until the day before the hearing to finally meet with me. He said he had made copies of all my information and proof and he claims to have researched my case, then sits quietly in the hearing, never offering any exhibits, never rebutting , questioning or asking for proof of plaintiff's claims, not one thing. I did not get my time to speak in the courtroom as he told me to "HUSH" every time I would whisper to him that I wanted to rebut what the plaintiff was claiming about me. He never stood up for me!!!!!!! Then refuses a refund of some of the money I asked for back at the end when he clearly did not perform as expected. He even sent me a bill for approximately $1,000 more !!!! He even resorted to disclaiming my words, experience in my field of work of 27 years. He told me that I should have known to say this or that in the hearing. No, that is what I paid him to do !!! Yet he sat there doing nothing. The plaintiff called him before hearing. That is absolutely not acceptable at all. He was so concerned that the plaintiff was so distraught and cried and cried. I was his client, NOT the plaintiff, to be concerned about. It was actually like he was working for her. No, I would NOT recommend this lawyer at all. He takes your money, cashes the check immediately, then fails to represent you as he claimed he would do. Do not use this man.

I should have studied the reviews. Mr. Taylor did not show up to my court either. AVOID this man!

You cannot trust this man. He is misleading. He would say he has done something but in fact he did not. To conclude, this man is untrustworthy, and underhanded.
