YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED!! & THE PEOPLE THEY HIRE COME TO WORK WITH ATTITUDES LIKE YOU DID SOMETHING TO THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!!

I have never, ever, in my life been so traumatized.K&P is unbelievable, the lies ,the disrespect and all others mental and emotional frustration that one experience from this law firm. They don't care, they really do not care about their clients at all, you can't help but to wonder if there is some type of civil conspiracy going on with them. K&P, have had both of my (2 separate cases) since 2024,both cases were settled in February 2026,no check, yet, consistent lies after lies about a reduction phase, 3 or 4 case manager, they all has been dragging their feet, but been consistent in distractions and delays. This Law Firm, need to be investigated and barred from practicing law. I'm just curious, is this law firm above the law, there is no way they should be allowed to continue to do what they have been doing to people, when people have entrusted them to manage and handle their personal and private business. Class Action, should have been started, a long time ago.K&P, is the law firm that that makes you feel like you're being robbed by Peter to pay Paul, the way they withhold your money. Then, they have the audacity to put up fake reviews in their favor. Real and true reviews says the same thing about this firm, which is impossible for a group of people to experience the very same treatment without knowing each other.

Worst law firm ever!!!!! I have been working with them since Dec. 2024. I practically had to verify everything behind them because they would lie and say they’re waiting on this and that, but once I reach out to the company the bills and information had already been sent in. Now here we are supposedly just waiting on a settlement check that’s been ongoing for a month. I had to borrow money from my settlement to bury my sister because games are being played. At this point I’m looking to see what my options are as a consumer. Communication is horrible and lies are everywhere. Do not retain them!!!!!

Don't trust them. I've handled two cases with them, and they lost both. These people are awful.

I am very disappointed about the amount of time and efficiency. I feel hopeless even today June 5th 2026. I was in and a car accident on October 22th 2024… getting closer to the 2 year mark and no a definitely answer on how much it will take. No the least I was told that I may not even get any compensation.. even though it was clearly stated that it was 100% the other drivers fall. I wish I will have contacted a different Law Firm.

I have been waiting , and getting the run around for over a year I lost my job due to this car accident & kanner & pintaluga have not been helpful at all. If you want a lawyer that’s on your case & keep in contact with you through out the process do not come here I repeat don’t come here !!
