I retained this law firm after my accident in March, and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating due to ongoing communication issues. It often takes multiple calls — sometimes five or more — just to reach my case manager. Case managers have changed several times throughout my case, which has made it difficult to stay informed or build consistency. When I do call, the representatives who answer often sound rushed or uninterested, and are not very helpful when I ask for updates. I understand cases take time, but clear and professional communication is extremely important, especially when dealing with something as stressful as an accident. The lack of follow-up and difficulty getting basic updates has made this process far more stressful than it should be. I hope the firm can improve internal communication and client service moving forward.

THE REVIEWS STATE THAT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND HAVE IT SITTING IN ESCROW WHILE THEY GO THROUGH DIFFERENT STAFF.
