My name is Mario Bonds and I am huge on good communication and have been very surprised that MICHELE‘s level of communication goes above and beyond, answering questions, timely, and never making us feel like a number in the queue. I have never, ever, in my life been so traumatized.K&P is unbelievable, the lies ,the disrespect and all others mental and emotional frustration that one experience from this law firm. They don't care, they really do not care about their clients at all, you can't help but to wonder if there is some type of civil conspiracy going on with them. K&P, have had both of my (2 separate cases) since 2024,both cases were settled in February 2026,no check, yet, consistent lies after lies about a reduction phase, 3 or 4 case manager, they all has been dragging their feet, but been consistent in distractions and delays. This Law Firm, need to be investigated and barred from practicing law. I'm just curious, is this law firm above the law, there is no way they should be allowed to continue to do what they have been doing to people, when people have entrusted them to manage and handle their personal and private business. Class Action, should have been started, a long time ago.K&P, is the law firm that that makes you feel like you're being robbed by Peter to pay Paul, the way they withhold your money. Then, they have the audacity to put up fake reviews in their favor. Real and true reviews says the same thing about this firm, which is impossible for a group of people to experience the very same treatment without knowing each other.

Worst law firm ever!!!!! I have been working with them since Dec. 2024. I practically had to verify everything behind them because they would lie and say they’re waiting on this and that, but once I reach out to the company the bills and information had already been sent in. Now here we are supposedly just waiting on a settlement check that’s been ongoing for a month. I had to borrow money from my settlement to bury my sister because games are being played. At this point I’m looking to see what my options are as a consumer. Communication is horrible and lies are everywhere. Do not retain them!!!!!

Don't trust them. I've handled two cases with them, and they lost both. These people are awful.

I am very disappointed about the amount of time and efficiency. I feel hopeless even today June 5th 2026. I was in and a car accident on October 22th 2024… getting closer to the 2 year mark and no a definitely answer on how much it will take. No the least I was told that I may not even get any compensation.. even though it was clearly stated that it was 100% the other drivers fall. I wish I will have contacted a different Law Firm.

I have been waiting , and getting the run around for over a year I lost my job due to this car accident & kanner & pintaluga have not been helpful at all. If you want a lawyer that’s on your case & keep in contact with you through out the process do not come here I repeat don’t come here !!

To whom this may concern to all my friends and family , I just wanted to come on here to let the public and all of my friends and family know to never ever use this law firm because they are one sorry law firm yall ! Because me Gary Lovingood and my girlfriend Crystal Post were in a car accident back in May of 2025 and they still haven't settled our case yet okay ! And believe it or not yall they have already gotten our check from the insurance company ,and have had it every since March the 17th and have been holding it and trying to tell us that our case is in Reductions and have been telling us this now for almost 3 months ok ! And when you call them they want let you speak to your case manager ,and dam sure want let you speak to you're attorney okay ! So please folks take my advice and don't ever use this law firm ever because I'd hate to see them do someone else the way they've been doing us ! And I even spoke to another attorney about why it could be taken them so long and it being in Reductions as their calling it ,And he told me that there's no way it should be taking this long for them to settle up with us on our case, cause this is ridiculous for them to be taking this long okay ! And also they want keep you informed about what's going on with you're case and when you call there office trying to find out you're self they will hang up the phone call on you okay !! So please take my advice and don't ever never use these people ever okay !!! This has got to be the worse law form ever. You can’t ever reach an attorney you never get calls or updates about anything and now that I want to terminate our relationship I really can’t get a hold of anyone and the girl who is on the line with now put me on hold in the middle of me speaking and was rude as heck like every other person you talk to. They sound over worked and underpaid!! I can’t wait to get away from them.

If I could get this Office 0 stars I would! Run!! Go with Glenda Mitchell Law Firm. They’re fast and efficient. My Husband case reached a settlement agreement with the insurance company in December 2025, and he completed all medical treatment in November 2025. Since that time, he have experienced ongoing delays, limited communication, and a lack of transparency regarding the status of my settlement disbursement. AND STILL NO ANSWER

It’s been over a year and we are still no where near close to settling this case. The bigger the firm the longer the wait. Sebastian is great. It takes to long. Does it normally take 1-2 years to settle a case like this?

I will like to thank Sebastian and Kathy Castellin with Kanner & Pintaluga my teammates helping me alone the way with the damage department, Sebastian is a great team leader assisting me every step without no hesitation and I need to thank Ms.Kathy as she assisted with following up on Liability for my case. I am very disappointed with this law firm. It's been almost two years since my accident, and they haven't called me at all. It's been over six months since they last called to agree to cover the ambulance and MRI costs, and they haven't called me back since. They don't tell me anything about my case. If I call, they put me on hold and say they'll call me back, but they never do. Their service is the worst. I hope you don't hire them; look for other options that actually communicate with their clients. The rehabilitation clinic has sent me messages to ask if they've had any contact because they haven't received any resolution either.

I would highly recommend Sebastian in the property damage dept as he was very kind, courteous, and helpful with my claim. He was very proactive in handling my claim by keeping me updated and he delivered as promised. It's very comforting when you don't have to chase someone down just to get updates and you are treated like a person and not just a number. That is great customer service and we need more on all teams just like Sebastian.

I switched attorneys for whatever reason, but Kanner won’t be a first choice. I won’t recommend anyone here honestly. I got the closing statement and they are making me pay for I believe 5 of my medical bills when I said I would pay ONE BILL to move the process along. I saw it there & just signed for how long this process took. No real commitment, nor communication. I was basically begging, damn near harassing them about my case. So instead of them covering it, I have to use my settlement money cover more bills than I said I was. I did everything almost, to reaching out to the companies. I feel like they didn’t care enough for me, and also because I was in a different state. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Thank you to the one lady who helped through this whole process, or who seemed to care enough about my case.
