I highly recommend using the services from the Law Office of Austin B. Johns, LLC. I had been trying to find a lawyer to help me possibly sue whomever I might be able to hold responsible/liable after getting brutally assaulted May 5th, 2021, outside of a pool hall by three people, two men and one woman who not only violently attacked me, but also stomped on my head to the point of losing consciousness, leaving my face completely covered in black and blue marks, a sprained jaw, misaligned pelvis, severe concussion, and multiple contusions and hematomas. Somehow, they were unfortunately able to get away without being seen or arrested. I not only had physical scars and multiple traumas from this attack but continued to suffer through mentally draining panic attacks that occurred for months afterwards. Dealing with all of those issues on top of many more that would take too long to list, there was just no way I could allow these panic attacks, anger issues, and PTSD symptoms to persist without somebody receiving some type of repercussion for it. I had called a few other lawyers prior to calling the Law Office of Austin B. Johns, but once I spoke to Austin and told him my story, he was not only extremely professional about everything but amazingly empathetic as well. After Austin took my case on, he was able to pursue legal action at the pool hall where I was located at the time the attack happened. The pool hall really over served their patrons, including the three people who attacked me, which I believe definitely fueled and contributed to their assault on me. He allowed me to win the case vs. the pool hall and helped me get some closure and money out of an extremely terrible experience. I wouldn’t have been able to live a normal life if these guys got away with hurting me the way that they did, and since we didn’t have the attackers names at that time, Austin’s hard work and dedication to my case, helped me get some relief, both monetarily and mentally. I truly would not have been able to do this without him and the best part is now we have the attackers names. Austin is currently helping me build a case against them and I know he will do whatever he can in order to make that happen, and make me win which will hopefully help me continue to heal in order to close that awful chapter of my life. Before speaking with Austin, I used to think that law enforcement officers were the only ones to make sure the bad guys got caught, and if they weren’t able to catch them then nothing else could be done. Austin and his firm made me realize excellent lawyers like him also have that power, knowledge, and ability to do the same. They help put the bad guys away too, or at the very least, help the victim(s) like me get some type of resolve and hopefully some type of monetary compensation from whatever place or person there is that can/could also be held responsible.
