Diane is a great attorney with experience and a track record to prove she is worth a phone call.

We had Jeffrey Cotton represent us with a lawsuit filed against me from a rather difficult landlord. He provided exceptional service, went above and beyond, and was just overall pleasant to work with. If you are in a similar situation at all I would highly recommend Mr. Cotton, I couldn't have asked for better representation.

Admin that answered the phone was unhelpful and rude. I called politely to ask a question and was cut off mid sentence. Will not be using.

In response to Ms. Lyons' review, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy since you were very happy until my staff informed you there was no retainer left to return. You did not have to hire another attorney to finish the case, as we entered an Agreed Final Decree of Divorce for you. What you did hire another attorney for was an Enforcement of that decree initiated by your ex-husband. What you agreed to in your decree is what you agreed to in mediation and you even later stated under oath that your settlements were a just and right division of your estate and in the best interest of the children. We went to mediation because it is almost always required by the court and made any agreement irrevocable.

THE BEST! My fiancé and I have both used her and my daughter just hired her. She is AMAZING. We definitely recommend. I can not say enough about her and her firm.

WARNING ⚠️: Especially Woman of Color. I would not recommend this law office to anyone new at using an attorney for any reason. I was originally grateful that they took my case, but in fact they just took my money. I used them for a divorce and custody agreement with my ex-husband. Let's just say, I'm divorced, but had to hire another attorney for the finishing of my custody cases. Diane represented me allegedly. We went to mediation where she just sat there and smiled while I the client discovered the negotiation without counsel. She sat there giving little to no advice. This has hurt me financially as a single mother. I got no child support alimony, any of my ex-husband's 401 K, and now no retainer return after being divorced since September of 2022. Save your money. Hire someone who at least will talk and not tell you to go to mediation so she can sit and do nothing. I will upload picture of my name and hers so she can't say I'm not her client like they did the last woman of color.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN. This law office is a con and will take your money and stall services to prevent a victory on your behalf. They are not for anyone but themselves. They are an office of cheats and scammers. FUTURE CLIENTS BEWARE!!!
