My wife Minh referred me to Matthew's law firm to prepare my Living Trust, POAs & my Last Will. I met with Matthew via a Zoom meeting for about an hour & he explained the process with me & the information I needed to provide to his Firm. Matthew's paralegal, Jennifer Tran. was outstanding in her presentation of the Living Trust documents & the POAs and went through each document thoroughly. I highly recommend individuals who own homes in the Bay area contact Matthew & Jennifer for a consultation on using Living Trusts to protect your assets transferring to your loved ones rather than an unnecessary path through Probate Court.
