Top notch lawyer. He literally and figuratively wrote the book. His experience on both sides of the fence make him a force to be reckoned with. He's all about business. If you try to BS him, he will pull your card. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this man and if you spend a minimum of 5 minutes in his presence and don't feel the same way, YOU are the problem. Highly recommend this gentleman. in 2010, I had a weird ticket (minor and obscure infraction) in Alabama that had a mandatory court appearance, and due to stupidity, I didnt show up to court (I live in Florida and didn't know that I could retain a lawyer to go). My license was suspended and I had a Failure to Appear and a huge problem. For a reasonable price, Mr. Mahaney fixed my case and got me back my drivers license and put an end to an ordeal!
