Richard Anton had to be fired and bought off my lawsuit just to go away and stop interfering for his own financial gain. While I was still in the ICU and heavily medicated, Richard visited my bedside and urged me to sign over a PIP check that had been paid to me, to him. He then kept all the money for himself, leaving me impoverished since I had lost the ability to work due to a motor vehicle accident I had while visiting Austin. Richard underestimated my ability to adjudicate against him from my homestate, Missouri, and he was surprised when everyone from the insurance adjustor to a Texas attorney took up cause against him for his wrongful practice. In the end I was not able to recover the PIP money he swindled from me, but I was able to buy him off my case. With another TX attorney who took my case on without charge, I was able to negotiated a larger settlement than Richard promised. This attorney is incompetent, crooked and solely self-interested. I was near death in an Austin hospital, where he practically forged a PIP check which had been paid to me. Don't trust him with any of your affairs.
