Richard Poland helped me through one of the most difficult and stressful times in my life. It was a long and drawn out alleged DUI case. Richard was very genuine, compassionate, and had realistic expectations. It was very reassuring to know that he made every effort to resolve my case in my favor. I am extremely grateful that given my specific circumstances, he was able to win my case and protect my record from receiving a DUI. As a knowledgeable attorney, he keeps current with the law and legal issues, and I am convinced that anyone who makes the sound decision to choose Richard Poland as their representative will have no regrets!
