I contracted with Robert to represent me for a Federal felony charge. Robert expertly handled my case and protected me from all of the unpleasant actions that I could have been subjected to. Thanks to Robert’s efforts, I was provided with the most discreet and courteous treatment imaginable from law enforcement and the court. I was offered and accepted a favorable plea deal, but I was facing mandatory sentencing. This is where Robert’s experience became invaluable. In spite of a surprisingly contentious sentencing hearing, I ultimately received a very favorable sentence. My fate could have been far worse, and I credit Robert’s expertise and experience in providing me with the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Robert to anyone facing a criminal charge.

Horrible and unprofessional lawyer. Doesn't understand asylum issues at all. Took a $5,000 deposit and did nothing. Didn't apply for asylum. Didn't change address in the court system. Because of him, my stay in America was violated. Never contact this person.
One of the most committed attorneys I know. He goes above and beyond. He fought serval different cases and always gives his all. He always been open and honest,he never let me down. I would recommend him to anyone .his efforts and commitment 10 stars. He for all.
Mr. Osuna is an outstanding attorney, easy to approach and works according to the highest ethical standards, looking for his client's best outcome. I was his opposing counsel in a case. It was a remarkable experience.
It’s been almost 6 months and this man has not gone not once to find any information or atleast gotten my father in laws side of the story, this man continues to ask for money and is clearly money hungry. He doesn’t reply to my text nor has done any progress in his case! Ridiculous So called lawyer.

Luis Zurita no one matching this name or details has ever been a client. I do of course have several clients with sons in laws and all those cases like all my cases are carefully researched on the law and facts of the case. Mr. Zurita says I haven't gotten his father in laws "side of the story." An attorney generally cannot even be hired without obtaining their clients side of the story. So I find that odd a clients family hired me and told me nothing of the case. Further this review was posted squarely in the COVID-19 pandemic. But still I invite Mr. Zurita to call my office at 212.233.1033 so we can discuss whatever issues he may have with his father in laws case to the extent that I may have this case.
Mr Robert Osuna is a wonderful person to work with he got my son acquitted from the case he was fighting all charges dropped,sealed and dismissed. He is very passionate about his work and very dedicated to his clients he showed his best at all times.My family experience with Mr Osuna has been excellent and he will always be our first choice for a client referral.

Worse lawyer in New York City! Dishonest.. DO NOT TRUST... He told me not to worry I'm not going to jail as he took more of my money. All he had to do was be honest. Then when I was sentenced he didn't even have the decency to take my belongings. And to top it off. When I was being booked. He did take my phone for me but he had to make a comment I quote to the court officer "this guy has a nicer phone than me" scum of the earth. I repeat DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR FREEDOM OR YOU WILL BE FREEDUMB!

I represented Gregory years ago and never heard anything negative which is why this post now surprises me. I kept Gregory out for months and months on an un-executed sentence after he had picked up a new arrest. This was at his request to get certain things in order. I dodnt keep Gregory out of jail for money I kept him out as he requested. Finally the Court had to impose the sentence. I made the comment to the officer about the cell phone because the court officer made a smart remark about Gregs work clothes. So i was in fact defending Greg from the smart remark being made. I even held the phone until Gregs friend came and picked it up.
