We had a horrible issue with the contractors we had hired to build us an adu. They were not responding or coming through after they had taken a full loan on our name for it. We seeked the help and advise from Brett and it was the best thing we could've done! He guided us through the breach of contract, through negotiations, he spoke to the construction company's consul and all went in our favor thank God and thanks to Brett. Our adu is being built right now and we couldn't be more grateful to Brett. He's very communicative, he's always responsive, he knew what to say, what to advise and where to set the limits. We do believe if it wasn't for him this would have been a big loss for us. We would recommed working with him and his expertise a hundred percent. Brett knows his stuff and does not drag his feet. I was hurt really bad when a car pulled in front of me on my motorcycle. He was always available to answer my questions and knew of doctors. Thanks Brett you really me with my injuries and a nice settlement.
