However he does not care about talking or understanding the case. He even asked me to ask my Mother-in-law for money to pay him. Do not recommend. (Family Law)

I was taken advantage of by Fred Gant $ 500..he charged me for service he dosnt provide never followed through never contacted courts filed or responded lied said he was returning my money every time i called or went by his office until this day i still haven't received my money he violated his policies as an Attorney i was sick and near death even that didn't move him these people leaving positive response know Fred Gant has gotten away with this far to long I know him and Family very well never knew he would mislead me this long one of the reasons i didn't report him right away because he was going through personal issues himself you would think he would be considerate and compassionate I'm going to report him to the Florida Bar ...just recently he informed me during one of our family members passing he would return my money still haven't recived Fred Gant is heartless its beyond me why $500 for work you never even started was worth keeping my money ..to a well known Attorney like himself i told him was a drop in the bucket compared to making a bad name for yourself...and he never calls back i always contact him and a different lie everytime i speak to him never use his firm Fred Gant Attorney ..Pensacola Florida Cervantes Street( bad carma always come back)
