I wish I never walked into her office. She destroyed mine and my 3 childrens lives and I'm still fighting to recover the damages faced at her hands. Without going into great detail she didn't secure a court order in regards to our mortgage when I asked for a formal court order. My ex went on to foreclose on our home and she advised me to sell immediately. I begged for a year to file child support for me as my ex was not paying, in the upwards of 30+ desperate emails that all went ignored. In the year of ignored emails my vehicle was repossed, I wasn't getting support for 3 kids, I put marital residence up for sale and lost the home office in turn losing my business and income that provided. Any documents she DID do in an attempt to get child support for me were incomplete and not accepted and when I reached out to her for help she advised me to stay on it myself. I didn't receive closing profits from the closing of our home for 5 months while I moved into an apartment with my kids and could not pay our rent. Anything questioned in that regard, I was told she doesn't handle real estate. The subpoenas she sent for discovery of my ex husbands pension all had an innacurrate social security number and spelling of his name and I ended up discovering his pension myself, as with everything else. When I requested my file from her as I'm entitled by law she told me to stay away from her office or she would contact the police. And it goes on and on and on. I know her reputation, (why do you think I hired her) so believe me I know how unbelievable this is. I am sickened daily, especially when I think of what she put my kids through and what could have been prevented. There was no mercy as we struggled either. The subpoenas that were sent with multiple errors, she charged me 700$ for knowing I didn't even have child support. She took it from my house profits. And then I found the pension on my own. I trusted her and paid her retainer with every last dime to my name to represent me. Please don't get taken advantage of in a vulnerable state like I was by this woman. If you are a single mom, housewife or in any otherwise vulnerable state, you are prey. Don't let what happened to us happen to you and your kids.

She was a horrible incompetent law guardian for my son who was 10 years old at the time and did not keep his best interest in mind as they’re supposed to do. She never did the job she was supposed to do in protecting him while making decisions for him that has negatively affected his entire life. The results of her representation were and continue to be devastating to my son as well as myself to this day. Thanks Julie! In New York State, a law guardian is a person appointed by the court to represent the interests of a child involved in custody and visitation disputes. The law guardian's primary role is to advocate for the child's welfare, not either parent's agenda. They are usually attorneys with experience in custody matters. In my sons case .. you failed!

What a crook. Did a consult with me on my case which cost $200 over the phone and took 10 minutes. I had to get her the case files so she could look at them to determine what to charge for a retainer. Took a week to get them, now said they aren't taking any new clients... CROOKED.
