I’ve been using the Law Offices of Mitchell Frank for nearly 10 years now, and they are always my first call whenever a traffic ticket shows up. Over the years I’ve had everything from speeding tickets to reckless driving citations (unfortunately 😅 — but I promise I’m actually a great driver!). No matter the situation, Mitchell and Melanie always find a way to get it resolved. They’ve even helped fix situations where a citation had lapsed and once helped reset a missed court appearance so the ticket could still be handled properly. That kind of dedication is hard to find. Melanie, in particular, treats you like a personal friend rather than just another client. You never feel like you’re calling a law office — it feels more like calling someone who genuinely has your back. If you get a ticket, do yourself a favor: NEVER just pay the ticket yourself. A million out of 10. I have used this law firm twice now after a friend referred me. Melanie is A GEM. Lightning response time, total honesty and excellent advice. Mitch got me out of a bind and I couldn't be more grateful. And I've never seen either of their faces. One quick phone call and the rest was over text. I can't say enough good things about what Mitchell Frank did for me ,i had gotten 2 bad tickets in the keys that if they weren't handled right it would have put my insurance hundreds of dollars more expensive . he had both dismissed still can't believe it , i thought best case scenario i would have to pay big fines Thank you so much Mitchell Frank P.A.

Some how I hit the wrath of the women answering the phone snd this man. Neither identifies themselves. They were belligerent , rude and arrogant & disrespectful. It seems they were animist because I called back after they rudely hung up on me. I just asked if someone oils help me. I guess it was the wrong question. Guaranteed I would never recommend them.
