After many attempts to contact Miami dade for a dangerous code violation in our high-rise condo that The management and association will not address. I googled lawyers that specialize In enforcing building codes BEFORE an accident or something tragic happens. The gentleman I spoke with who said he was a lawyer but said that’s not what they do. I asked him to please google the description of their services ( picture below ) He instantly said I need to send him $2500$. And then his opinion was it was a lot of money just for them to look into it. I replied that the amount of money is not a problem and then he proceeded to ask me if anyone has been hurt yet by the issue. Meaning instead of taking a small amount of money to fix the issue as a honest lawyer would do he’d rather 2000 people that live in a 55 story high-rise be burned to death because our building illegally at night locks the exit doors in some areas where we cannot get out. And at that time now they would be definitely interested because that’s what would make them a lot of money. So since it is 1000% illegal for any building to lock any exit doors, I am going to take this situation and make news report about it.
