I had the pleasure of working alongside Mr. Leon and Mr. Frakt on my domestic violence case. I thank God for using my lawyer, José León Law, because... My court hearing was on February 7, 2025. I'm speechless. As you can see, in my defense before the prosecutors and judges who were against closing my court and approving my Cuban Adjustment Act, I thank him because, as a lawyer, he knew how to defend my case. In the end, the judges accepted what my lawyer wanted for me, which was the closure of my court. I hadn't even had a short time to hire him as my lawyer, and I feel joyful because we won and I am victorious. We are going to my residency under the Cuban Adjustment Act with my work permit. I thank God for knowing him and for him being my lawyer.

Good morning, I want to comment on this team of lawyers. It's been nine months since I was released from an immigration detention center, and two months before that, I was released from the Duval County Jail in Jacksonville, Florida. When I met the lawyer, he inspired a lot of confidence in me, and I decided to let him take my case. Thanks to this lawyer, I am now free. After being offered 15 years, I only served six months. My first-degree felony charge was reduced to a third-degree misdemeanor. And thank God that even though I didn't have any evidence, the lawyer found enough to prove my innocence.
