Richard lerner first represented me in 1996 for what at the time seemed like a serious suburban drug dealing case. I was 17 and didn't handle authority well. Our first meeting gave me anxiety. But after 5 more cases ( usually felonies) I never served time, I'm not a convicted felon and I referred many of my criminal friends to him and everyone thanked me and wanted to know how I found this to guy. A family friend Mike raphan a real estate attorney referred me to him and my friends nicknamed Mr lerner the magician. He knew all the judges all the da:s and you were always in and out of that court room in the blink of an eye. My personal nickname for him is the magician he makes charges disappear. I was able to grow old and free and enjoy yep children because of our first meeting on 1996 when I was on the front page of the Oceanside herald, trying to make an example out of me for selling weed....how ironic ....cheers Richie , as you tell most clients I referred to you, you ask about me and say I'm sure I'll see Russell again. First, let me say I love how the business is all in the family and they work hard. Because of my broken tail light that I wasn't aware of I got pulled over and the most important ticket that I was worried about was the ticket I got for my insurance being expired. Long story short I found the Lerner's online and I was in awe of all the experience they had and how affordable it was to fight my case. She was able to reduce my specific ticket and I ended up just paying a fine and a couple of points which I can easily take care of with a defensive driving course. I have gotten other tickets but they were reduced and a couple of them were dismissed. I am more than happy I was so worried because I didn't want my license to be revoked. I need my car more than ever. They are so knowledgable, and quick, and friendly! I will send them a lot of referrals being in the real estate business. I hope I don't get in trouble in the future but if I do I will run to them again.

After making an irresponsible decision, I searched for attorneys and Kim's firm caught my attention. I went in for a consultation only and walked out with her as my attorney. I gave Kim my information and explained my situation. It only took a few minutes for her to look everything over, and she was able explain to me the entire court process and my possible outcomes.
