Compare these against any other firm you're considering — most attorneys have only two or three themes reviewers consistently return to.
How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

First, be aware, you can't talk to a human. I have been paying for months, with nothing happening. So I decided to reach out to Lexington Law. You have to book an appointment to speak to someone. Ok fine, lawyers are busy. I can wait for legal expertise. I waited over 30 days for my 15 minute appointment, all the while paying the monthly fee. I spoke to a rep yesterday. This is a total scam. Lexington Law didn't even look at my file or credit report to see what could be fixed. The rep kept me on the phone for 45 minutes, not 15, during work, could not answer a direct question or give any information other than a vague run around. Refused to advise me in anyway. What? A lawyer or paralegal refusing to advise you when you are paying them to do just that? She refused to advise me on how I could help or what I could provide, documentation wise, that would help Lexington Law repair my credit. There are two charge offs on my account that are wrong. I paid them. They still show balances. I called my mortgage broker, he stated my credit would go up to 690 if I could show I paid the accounts and they were not charged off. All Lexington Law had to do was look at my report, ask if the balances were correct or paid, and do something. We did cover the two charge off's in the call, and I asked repeatedly what would they advise I do. The paralegal never said, upload proof these two accounts are paid, that will help your credit score. They didn't look at my account, they didn't take my individual situation into account and advise. But they sure took my money. They proport to be experts at helping clients repair and resolve items on your credit report that are damaging. In my case all they did was take my money and refuse to even guide me on how to fix the problem myself, by uploading documents that would help. On the advice of my mortgage broker, for no cost, I have already sent the paperwork to the credit bureaus and credit card companies that show these accounts to be paid and not charged off. Lexington Law billed me for months doing nothing. They are just as bad as the companies that offer to help under the guise of debt consolidation. We pay, they don't do anything, and our credit is trashed in the process. Total scam.
Very helpful in doing that credit repair stuff

I recently decided to give Lexington Law a chance in fixing my credit woes, but unfortunately, my experience with them was an absolute disappointment. Not only did they charge me a staggering amount of over $3,000.00 for their services, but they also proved to be a complete waste of time and money. Initially, their sales representative seemed attentive and promised great results. However, as soon as they received my hard-earned money, the communication with them suddenly vanished. I reached out multiple times, expecting updates or at least some reassurance, but all my efforts were met with silence. It's disheartening to see a company that claims to specialize in credit repair show such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Lexington Law's lack of professionalism and failure to fulfill their promises are inexcusable. Given my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone. If by sharing this review, I can help even one person avoid wasting their precious money on Lexington Law, then my purpose would be served. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by exploring alternative credit repair services that are more reliable and transparent. Lexington Law has proven to be an unfortunate choice, and I caution others to look elsewhere for trustworthy assistance with their credit repair needs.

If I could leave a zero I would. Worst BS PONZIE scheme on the planet. No one talks to each other just want to hustle more money from you and never fix the actual problem you need help with. Oh and even if you call over a week ahead of your scheduled payment to cancel they still charge you $99. Even though they have done nothing to help. my credit went down since dealing with them. YEAH. Joke company and trash service to their clients.
