I had to file for joint custody and decided to go with Blanchard & Thomas. I must say that both Summer and Mr. Shaw were professional, curtious and extremely helpful. They were able to help me get my case done quickly and efficiently if I have any problems in the future regarding custody or anything else I'm going to come back here and ask for them to represent me again. 10/10

The best experience I've ever had with a law firm. Very compassionate, the communication was far better then I have ever received. The circumstances for my divorce is a nightmare I never want anyone to go through. My lawyer handled me with such care, and added things into my divorce that I didn't know were legally possible. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will be going back.

Overall a terrible experience. I was charged multiple times for the same thing, mislead about the time frame of my case, and the costs. At the start of my case I signed up for my services, and was told my retainer should cover everything, and we would be done in 6 to 8 months. During the middle of my case things changed, and I required less services, however the cost exceeded even the 1st estimate that included more work. My case would be put off for months, the turnover in the office was disturbing. I had several people toss my case around to each other. And when it came time to wrap up my case, I was treated disrespectfully because I had several questions. It got to the point where I wanted to just leave and no longer have them represent me. I had to actually speak to the main lawyer to resolve and move forward. But not only did Thomas lie to me about the status of my attorney, telling me she was just a billing employee... Only to have her show up and represent me in court. I was mislead. Ending my services was one of the best things I could have done for my stress, and I regret not following my instincts. We paid our final bill, and expected to hear nothing else. I just received another bill with no follow up. Communication isn't this company's strong suit. I would not recommend.

They were absolutely phenomenal, my go-to guy was Mr.John Shaw; when I couldn't get a hold of him, Miss Kelsi would always be more than willing to help. My divorce case was extremely complicated, however in my initial interview with Mr. Shaw I explained the situation and he assured me that he had it covered. I briefed him on what I would like done with the case before he came on board, and when he took the case he did not waste any time. He got everything handled that I wanted handled in not only a timely fashion, but he went above and beyond to accomplish exactly what I asked for. He made it happen, even though it was a complicated case. I am an out of stater, so everything was dealt with over the phone. It was very important that there was a good line of communication, and I am not disappointed. Him and his team took very good care of me, if I am ever in Temple Texas I will definitely drop by just so I can meet these phenomenal people. You will not be disappointed if you bring them on your team for legal matters. Thank you for everything, and I wish you guys success in all you do.

Going through a divorce and custody was not fun, but Blanchard & Thomas got me through it. The whole team was responsive and knowledgeable about how the custody process worked and what I needed to do to get custody of my children. My first attorney (different law firm) charged a low retainer, so I thought I was getting a deal, but he quit on me when a bigger ($$$) case came along! Blanchard & Thomas was experienced and they were up front with me about costs and what I should expect from them. For the experience they gave and how responsive they were, they were worth every penny. 10/10
