My husband and I purchased a villa in Cozumel Mexico 9 years ago. We had a problem with getting our deed from the seller. The seller was paid in full but refused to release the paperwork needed to show it was paid in full. We had no problem getting it that was easy the rest not so easy a nightmare. We have used her for helping us with our small business we are opening up soon she has had to run interference for us on the whole process with people trying to take advantage of us because we didn’t understand certain things.
