Unfortunately, my experience with this office was very disappointing and unprofessional. Since 2024, we had only requested a fingerprint search. The process took over a year and a half. On February 16, 2026, we finally received a letter dated August 12, 2025, which is completely unacceptable. How is it possible that a result with that date was held until February, and only after I had been calling month after month requesting information? Furthermore, the letter doesn't even mention the name of the person for whom the search was requested, which demonstrates a lack of care and attention to detail in such a sensitive matter. Today, the person who assisted my husband behaved inappropriately, was rude, and used an aggressive tone during the conversation. They showed no willingness to help and, in fact, initially refused to provide a copy of the result; they only did so because my husband insisted. That is unacceptable in a professional service. The week after our initial request, we had a similar experience with unfriendly treatment. Fortunately, we didn't hire them to handle our entire case. Although the lawyer who assisted us was polite, he didn't inspire enough confidence, and seeing how they handle basic processes like a simple fingerprint search confirmed that it was the right decision. The excessive delays, lack of communication, late delivery of a document dated months prior, and unprofessional treatment reflect an office with serious deficiencies in customer service. I definitely do not recommend them.
