The staff is friendly. We went to get a standard warranty deed, which I thought was reasonably priced. I had called several places, and they were the only ones who answered and were able to answer my questions. I made an appointment within a couple of days, and when we arrived, we were helped in a timely manner.
I had the pleasure of working with attorney Michael Hirsh on a case recently. I am an attorney in San Antonio and needed help on a matter for a common client in El Paso. Michael was very fair with his fee and very professional to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and communicative, and ultimately got our client an excellent result. Highly recommended.
How does one file a complaint on these attorneys if they aren't accredited with the BBB?..
My dad hired them 3 yrs ago & paid in full but they never respond to phone calls... poor quality of service, not responsive, not professional, poor value, lack of empathy, lack of customer service
I received a speeding ticket, which was actually for the car that passed me on my left, but since the officer's car was on my right, he issued the ticket to me.
When I hired attorney Mario Ortiz, they lost the case, so they made me take driver's defense classes and pay an additional $144.00. That was in November 2020; I even emailed them copies as proof that I had already done so!
The worst part is that today I received a letter from the attorney's office, telling me that they lost the same case and want me to repeat the same process: pay the $144.00 again and take the defense classes again!
What a horrible experience! You trust that at least as professionals they will do their job, but it's sad that so many people are affected by situations like this!
***Describing in more detail my bad experience with this lawyer's services, especially with one of his employees, Nadra.
Yesterday, after receiving one of their letters telling me I had to take the driver's defense classes again and pay $144.00 again, I didn't understand, so I called the court. They told me to bring proof that I had already taken those steps. I was shocked and disappointed to learn they were charging me for a ticket I received on January 15, 2020.
I had been told that the case was supposedly won by lawyer Mario Ortiz, but it was a lie!
Since I didn't want to go through the same thing again, my husband ended up paying $243.00 for a ticket he supposedly already won!
I had a very short wait time here. The staff who received me was very polite and respectful. I hope everything goes well with my ticket. Will update when they're done with my case.
