Johnny treated me very well and explained the process very well, giving me a lot of confidence in the legal aspects.

I’m very impressed with how kind everyone is and how thoughtful everyone has been. They’re helpful and have been very transparent about what’s to come. They even worked around an unusual request that I had about my treatment. It’s not something lawyers normally do, but they were happy to accommodate, and I was very grateful.

Lorenz & Lorenz claims to be “ on top of it “. Very true. As soon as I called they jumped into action. Very thorough communication with a very personal touch. No finality yet but it is still in the process. Hopefully you don’t need an injury attorney but if you do call this firm, not a firm that rides around in private jets.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Lorenz & Lorenz. Throughout my entire case, communication was extremely poor. I left multiple voicemails for my attorney and only ever received a call when something was already pending or being finalized. I constantly felt out of the loop and unheard. On top of that, my case took 7–8 months to settle, and even after that, there have been issues receiving my settlement checks. They were reportedly lost and even sent to the wrong department and address, which is beyond frustrating. Overall, I felt like my case wasn’t a priority. It seems like unless your case is worth a significant amount, you won’t get the attention or communication you deserve. For the amount they took—over $30k—the level of service just didn’t match up. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Wasted so much time when I should’ve gone to a different lawyer. That’s all I’m going to say.

My lawyer Claudia was incredible and her Case Manager Caden was always going above and beyond for me . My family would like to thank you both for never giving up. For fighting for what I deserved. A auto accident is a bad experience but they simply made things right great communication the whole way thank you Lorenz & Lorenz !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
