I requested for a consultation and immediately received a call for it. I was interested in working with this office but ended up getting ghosted. I requested for an update to discuss matters but I never heard back from anyone at the firm.

Couldn’t have asked for much better from Richard and Avery. The both took care of me from day one and always looked out for me after getting T boned and having my car totaled. Any question that I needed answered they took care of, they would check up on me a lot to see how I was doing. Great professionalism between them and care, they really kept a lot of stress off of me with their process and breakdowns. In the end they got me all that they could and fought to get me every dollar I deserved. If anyone is ever looking for a firm in Austin I can’t recommend ML enough, these guys are awesome.

Mr. Jeffrey Meyerson was responsive in a very timely manner and took the time I needed to advocate for my father's case. Although it did not work in our favor, I appreciate his professionalism. You can really tell he serves with passion for his clients. God bless Mr. Meyerson

At first I thought this was a great attorney. Mr. Meyerson assured me that he could take over where another attorney failed and then he failed me too. He was supposed to collect from my policy the limits, plus my unpaid wages, and PIP. Once he had the case he passed it off to Richard Bruni, who is a nice guy, but entirely too passive and agreeable with the insurance company. I felt like my attorney’s office was calling me to constantly assist the insurance company in screwing me around, not to help me. In the end, he collected all he could make profit on and then QUIT without collecting my lost wages, leaving me to fend for myself or hire a third attorney. I consulted another attorney and was told that the firm would have only gotten a small fee for my wages so they just decided not to bother once they were paid on the rest. The problem is that I have a brain injury and they were hired to PROTECT MY INTERESTS. In my opinion this is malpractice. Considering this office advertises that they sue other attorneys for the same, I would have thought they’d have better integrity. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in both for their handling of my case and will be reporting them to the bar.

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Richard Bruni. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to any questions/concerns I had. Worked diligently to get my matter resolved. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
