I had a fantastic experience with this practice and got the best possible result for my family court case. The staff are prompt and reliable with responses and getting things done. Barrett Mack was friendly, professional and responded to my questions quickly and efficiently, even during off hours. I was so satisfied with the results I received at the practice that when I needed an estate attorney, this practice was the only place I was going to go.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. I found Barrett to be careless and inattentive, especially regarding critical financial issues—like failing to inform me about the tax situation on the house, which was a major oversight. It’s beyond frustrating. On top of that, his professionalism is questionable—I’ve since learned he’s had inappropriate relationships with former clients, and from what I hear, continues to do so. It felt more like a self-serving operation than someone genuinely advocating for me.

I will not be able to fully put into words my gratitude for Mack and Associates! If you are looking for an amazing team of lawyers that put their blood/sweat/tears into your case then stop searching, you have found them! On day one Barret told me that I would need to be invested into this process 1000%, he was truthful no fluff-tells you like it is! My divorce was raucous to say the least and complicated. I worked closely with Barret, Joe and Nevin(easy going, down to earth). Not a day went by that I didn't feel supported and protected by them, they allow you to have their cell #'s for continued communication(no one does that!) The scariest of days were meeting in court but again I was always protected to the fullest extent, as were my children. Obviously my lawyers did not directly represent my children but they did work seamlessly with their law guardian and family court. I walked away divorced and granted all asset's viewed most important to me!! This firm does not disappoint, I will forever be grateful for them all right down to the sweet ladies in the office! My wife informed me of her desire to get a divorce in early June 2023. I was presented with the initial communication from my wife’s attorney on June 21, 2023. I met with Barret Mack of Mack and associates for an initial consultation. I can say with absolute zero hesitation this was the best decision I could have made in this situation. Barret and his associate attorney; Katie Pompey, and Sara Keefer; a paralegal, made up the team that handled my case. They worked tirelessly on the case, keeping in constant communication with my wife’s attorney. They also kept me constantly updated on the status of negotiations during my very difficult divorce. Every one in the office is pleasant, professional, dedicated and extremely supportive. Together they made an extremely difficult situation bearable. They worked together seamlessly to get the best outcome for me and my Children. On March 14 2024 a final marital separation and settlement agreement was signed. I have 50/50 joint legal custody of my children and all other differences have been settled in a satisfactory way.
