Just spoke with Gina and this law firm does not deal with disability claims anymore. Yet they advertise it.

Going with Marc whitehead and associates was the best decision I made. There was a whole team working on my case that included Erin svetlik, Erica Wilson, Lupe Acevedo, Crystal Perez, and Kimberly Warren. They took care of literally everything, I think I went in once to give a signature and it was really only because I'm bad with technology(which they were also amazingly patient with). My team did an amazing job keeping me updated with an app, texts and even phone calls! They were completely professional, kind, and patient with me through the entire process.I originally applied myself for 2 years before and was told I had to re apply and these wonderful attorneys even got me the back pay credit for that! I should've gone with them from the start so learn from my mistakes!

Never recieved an email nor a call back from sandra about my va disability for over a year. ive called twice, one time I didnt leave a voicemail, but no one picked up and the other no one picked up the phone and I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and I did not get a call back. I left an email today in hopes that I will get some sort of response. Even if you all had a high volume of work to do, a year is more than enough to give me a quick call and details on what will happen. The only info I got was that it was active from someone (Not Sandra) who works there and they were unable to give me anyother information.

I highly recommend Marc Whitehead and Associates if you are needing help with filing for disability.I want to personally thank my attorney Erin Svetlik, Chris Stevenson, Kimberly Warren and a special thank you to Barbara Milan as she was the person I contacted ( bothered ) the most. Despite taking my money, they demonstrated no expertise in long term insurance claims. They never called me, so I had to chase them. When I was denied again, they never even contacted me again. Their advice and attention was very superficial. I would gi9ve them zero stars if that was an option!

have never had to have an attorney before, but was very upset after the long-term disability insurance I paid the max on every year just in case of exactly what happened with my health, denied me. Marc Whitehead’s office has worked tirelessly for 4 years so far with me. There is no way I could have gotten anywhere on my own with the long-term disability company, which is a shame, and I feel for anybody who needs it. Melissa High and Kyle Rich, among others, have been particularly helpful along the way and I can’t speak more highly about them. They’ve helped me through a very challenging time.

Bad attitude. Their customer service is really bad. I don't recommend this place. There are other attorneys that will treat with respect regardless of the situation.
