I called Mr. Smith’s office a couple of times, and left voicemails -no response. I finally was able to speak to someone who gave me an appointment for today at 3 pm and stated Mr. Smith would be calling me. He also stated he would be sending me an email that needed to be completed and returned to the office via email, so Mr. Smith could have a better idea of what legal assistance I was requesting. I did not receive the email, called the office the next day and once again left a voicemail-still no response. Mr. Smith never called me at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I am disappointed and would not recommend this law office.

Review for Mark Lee Smith PA: I called the office midweek and left a voicemail but never received a callback. On Friday, after work, I went in person and was met with a very rude front desk secretary. She refused to let me schedule an appointment, saying there were already people in the office. I understand that the lawyer may have been busy with appointments, but the front desk staff should still be available to help clients schedule their appointments, especially during office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was plenty of time for her to assist me, yet she didn’t. The lack of professionalism and proper client service left me no choice but to go elsewhere for legal help. I will not be returning and would caution others about this experience.

Horrible experience for small claims court nothing was explained he gave false hope and then appeared in court and did absolutely nothing didn’t even speak other than his name. We would have been in the same position without him at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had such a relaxing experience doing my will with Mr. Smith, he and his staff were professional and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered and I am very confident when the day comes, my kids will be just fine.

If you have any legal issues this is the law firm to contact. All of the staff goes out of their way to give their clients the best possible service. I am so thankful for this law firm

Mr Smith and his staff are amazing! They took time to explain every little detail of my last will and testament and all of the extras that go with it. I learned about the ladybird deed which is something that helps keep my property out of probate court. It’s one of the easiest processes that I’ve experienced for this critically, important, life-changing document, which will live on forever.
