I called to schedule a consult with Mr. Merrell. I spoke with who I believe may have been his assistant. She was very nice and friendly at the beginning of the call but midway through my explanation her tone and everything changed as if I had said something wrong. She became a little aggressive Midway through me explaining what my situation was she abruptly interrupted and stated she had to conclude the call due to a "conflict of interest" and hung up the phone in my face. I was trying to inquire if there was another attorney, but got hung up on. It's like a light switch that went on and off in 2.5 seconds. I was just trying to get some insight as to if my situation would be a legal matter
