Had a scheduled pick up for 930 we got off our cruise ship at 8:30 and at 9:45. The driver says he has canceled our ride due to not showing up. We waited over an hour and we stood there the entire time I will never use this company again. I cannot get a hold of anybody to get my money back so I will be calling our credit card company. This is where we told him we were and he never showed up

⭐ 1 Star – Support System Designed NOT to Help Drivers What I experienced with Lyft support isn't just a simple delay. It's a system structured to avoid solving problems. Some passengers vomited inside my vehicle, left gum stuck to the seats, and exceeded the passenger limit for the type of trip requested. I have clear photos of everything. I reported the incident immediately. I wrote at 2:00 AM. I received a response almost 11 hours later. Then I wrote again around 7:00 PM. More than 9 hours have passed without a response. But here's the worst part: Support responds after long periods of silence, waits literally 1 or 2 minutes, and if you don't reply immediately (because you're driving, resting, or simply don't have your phone with you), they automatically close the chat as if the case were resolved. That's not inefficiency. That's a system designed to close tickets without resolving them. Meanwhile: I wasted time cleaning up vomit. I lost income. The vehicle was taken out of service. They haven't processed the cleaning fee. They haven't adjusted the ride type despite the obvious capacity violation. The driver assumes all the risk. The platform assumes zero responsibility. Lyft support treats the actual damages like a casual chat conversation. I'm going to post this experience on Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and any other available platform, along with the photos, so other drivers know what to expect. If this is how Lyft supports those who earn their income, the problem isn't an isolated incident. It's systemic. Completely unacceptable.

I am very upset with Lyft and how they report income for taxes. Most people do not know this when they start driving. Lyft reports your gross income, not what you actually take home. They reported that I made $37,000, but I only made about $18,000, and from that I had to pay for gas, maintenance, and everything that comes with driving a lot. I only drive part-time to add extra money to my regular job. I can’t imagine how hard this is for people who do this full-time to survive. Drivers pay all their own expenses, but Lyft still reports the higher number instead of the real profit. This makes tax time stressful and confusing. This feels unfair and misleading. This is robbery.

So bad experience every time i use lyft instead of uber, the rides are not on time even if you pay for priority or you upgrade the ride is gonna come even later then it says, in the app you can not write review or say something about that it’s protected, instead of that you can only complain about driver which is very bad jn the most of the time app is making more problems then a driver

I request a ride from ft Lauderdale Airport last night 11.46pm until 12.36 I had was to cancel the ride. Because the driver was sitting in one location on the map, when the info saying driver will be there in 5 minutes..I called the driver 4 times and get no answer...so I understand that the drivers Will get paid if they delay and you cancel..but for one hr waiting , that is not fair...check my info Recardo Williams last night request ride..was not happy
