Mr. Griffith saved my life after being charged with two life sentences over something that didn't happen.
You want him to handle your case, bottom line.
That being said, I'm grateful every single day of my life that my family and I chose Mr. Griffith as my attorney. They are an excellent team that have been in practice for an EXTENSIVE amount of time.
Knowledgeable: Yes, extremely.
Informative: Yes, extremely.
Patient: Yes, extremely.
They don't cut corners; they cover every detail.
Listen to their instructions for best results.
If you are offered to talk to police or investigators, DON'T. Everything is recorded and all it takes is a Freudian slip of the tongue then you can't take it back.
Do NOT talk about your case to anyone except your attorney unless they specifically state that you can. NOT to another inmate, NOT over the recorded lines on the phones, NOT in court with their courthouse microphones. Keep to yourself, read a book, watch some TV, and most importantly THINK consistently about your case. You never know when you'll realize some miniscule detail that completely changes everything you thought you knew about your own case.
Most importantly, be HONEST. Don't ever lie to your attorney. If you lie and it comes up later, it will cause issues and deviations from your defense strategy. Don't compromise the extensive, time consuming, and hard work your attorney has already done for you.
Prosecutors are typically prosecutors for a reason. They are very well educated, but not just book smart. They are intelligent. Don't act like you know everything, and don't react if you don't know everything.
Be stoic, be patient. You could be sitting in jail for awhile if you don't make bail. Don't break. It's harder than it sounds, but it is DOABLE with the right mentality.
Lastly, it doesn't matter how much you have to pay to have the best attorney. Doesn't matter if it's $1k, $10k, $20k, 30K, etc... You can rebuild financially if your case is concluded successfully, not if you're stuck in prison for LIFE. Personally, I don't trust the appeals process, but that's just my opinion.
Mr. Griffith, thank you for everything you've done for myself and my family. Always wishing you and your team well!

"THE BEST" ! Thats How You Describe Mr. Griffith in 2 Words ! I Would HIGLY Recommend Him To Family & Friends ! Michael Griffith, Is Not Only A Concerned Lawyer He treats You And your Family as Family of His Own... He Makes You feel Comfortable & Reassure You of Your Decision to Seek Council from Him.. If you are Looking for Someone who gets the Job DONE Mr. Griffith is the way to go ! You Will not be Disappointed Thanks for Everything You've Done for Me and my Family Ms. Griffith !!
This man was on point and prompt. Down to earth and easy to talk to. Very professional. His wife is amazing as well. In a nutshell, he got my husband home when we knew he was going to prison. Unbelievable. Thanks Griffith, you are The Man With The Plan for sure!
I just recently was released from prison after a 5 year sentence that according to Mr. Griffith he so graciously got me. During this process he lied to me twice once telling me I score out to a 15 year prison sentence, in reality it was only 33.6 months less than 3 years and then he so coviently talked me out of taking it to trial because his reason was my prior record and I got into the car, but after I signed my 60 month deal he was nice enough to inform me we had a chance of beating the case because I was drunk. He did get my "Public Intoxication" dropped while charging my loved ones a cool $12,000 dollars for one felony, 1 misdemeanor and then sending me a bill for another $175.75 upon my release. If you do choose to go with him do not pay him all of it up front he suddenly forgets how to work as hard. Go with Patrece Cashwell! This is from someone who actually did time and saw first hand encounters.
When you need the best, look no further than Mr. Griffith. His entire staff exudes pride and professionalism in every aspect. I doubt that there’s a better team anywhere in our country. Mr. Griffith is the greatest as is his Legal Assistant, Barb. Period. Thank you.

When your liberties are on the line, you need someone you can trust, as well as someone that has a good reputation. Mr. Griffith meets both of these requirements. Being a lawyer myself, I recommend Mr. Griffith for anyone with a criminal law need. He has more experience than most, and handles all types of cases. If you need the best representation in town, Mr. Griffith is your guy hands down.
