We were entirely impressed by Dan’s attention to detail and thoroughness in reviewing stacks and stacks of documents during discovery. When opposing counsel pulled a multi-page spreadsheet during arbitration, Dan was able, in real time, to show, line-by-line, that the defense’s arguments were incorrect and didn’t match the facts. After the arbitration hearing, they offered to settle and we were awarded approximately the maximum we could have expected. Very impressive, and a very nice, personable person to work with.
Dan is a wonderful attorney! He always makes the time to communicate Very effectively And in a timely manner. He is extremely Patient which is so helpful in Stressful situations that arise. You’re in great hands with Dan as your attorney.
