I can not thank Mindell Law Firm and Andrew Nurmi enough. I was hesitant about filing a personal injury law suit after an injury at a business but Andrew made the whole process easy. Knowing nothing about law, Andrew explained everything in terms I could understand and never left me not knowing where my case stood. My case was settled quickly and the outcome was better than what I was expecting! I will hopefully never have to use them again, but if I do I know I will be using Andrew at Mindell Law. Our 103 year old mother was a passenger in an automobile accident in September 2023. When I spoke to Alan Blatnikoff, partner at Mindell Law, explained her injuries and shared that she was no longer driving or insured (the new Michigan No Fault law considers her uninsured), Alan gently and kindly said he would be happy to take her case. We were so grateful as other firms had chosen not to represent her. There was a good chance that Alan's work would be gratis as our mom is one very hearty and healthy woman, even now at 104. She was experiencing pain and was quite bruised, however she did not have any broken bones, head or other serious long term debilitating injuries. So, that's the history, now let's talk about the service. Andrew Nurmi is an awesome attorney, I thank God he was appointed my case in November of 2024, Andrew did a excellent job in handling my case from beginning to end, which was October of 2025, he always went above and beyond for me as a his client, he did something that he says is not a normal practice. I had a transportation issue when my check was available and had no way to come to the office to pick it up and being that I lost my job and and my electricity was due to be turned off that next day he made a decision out of the kind of his heart to come to my house and drop it off to me I gave him the biggest hug and thanked God for this kind man.
