I was foolish enough to believe their advertisements and claims to treat everyone like family. DO NOT let them fool you. They will waste the precious time you have to get your case going and not do a single thing to move your case forward. Then they suddenly don’t want to proceed. This is the same experience my friend had with them as well as so many other I am now learning. They think offering some blanket apology makes up for it, but it’s obviously a trend. They will do the same thing to me on this review but please know that it will not help in the slightest. They prefer to just throw cases at the wall and see what sticks. They corporate you on anything and when you ask questions they act like you are pestering them and they don’t want to talk to you. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your legal counsel. I am filing complaints everywhere that will allow me too. BBB, state bar, attorney general, EVERYWHERE. Edit- of course they respond with more blanket excuses and not a finger lifted to look into any misstep on their part.
