I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan & Morgan. After my car accident, I completed a consultation with their team and was told they could help build my case. Based on that information, I created my client account, gathered all of my documentation, and submitted everything they requested. A few days later, I received a call informing me that they could not take my case because their office was operating with a “skeleton crew” and did not have the resources available. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Had I been told this from the beginning, I could have spent that time pursuing representation elsewhere instead of wasting valuable days waiting on their decision. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process needs to be addressed. If staffing shortages are preventing the firm from taking on new clients, then they should be upfront about that before having people spend time submitting paperwork and medical records. If that’s truly the case, hire more attorneys and staff instead of wasting potential clients’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone seeking legal representation after an accident.
