I had a very disappointing experience with Morgan & Morgan. After my car accident, I completed a consultation with their team and was told they could help build my case. Based on that information, I created my client account, gathered all of my documentation, and submitted everything they requested.
A few days later, I received a call informing me that they could not take my case because their office was operating with a “skeleton crew” and did not have the resources available. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Had I been told this from the beginning, I could have spent that time pursuing representation elsewhere instead of wasting valuable days waiting on their decision.
The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process needs to be addressed. If staffing shortages are preventing the firm from taking on new clients, then they should be upfront about that before having people spend time submitting paperwork and medical records.
If that’s truly the case, hire more attorneys and staff instead of wasting potential clients’ time. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone seeking legal representation after an accident.

My case was denied due to the consultant putting FMLA in the description and failing to let the company know that I have a right to sue letter in hand when I told them I was fired after complaining aboutbsexual harassment I also told them that I have 2 audio recordings that uncontestably shows the company's bad faith and the only reason they could give was that the system deny or approve the consults. This company is a joke and I do t want them to handle my case. This is entire time I've had my right to sue letter and have been searching for an attorney I've been directed to use Morgan and Morgan but I would rather not if they pass up on direct concrete evidence

I would not recommend wasting your time here. The initial consultation lasted nearly 45 minutes and involved a long list of questions, only for me to be told at the end that they couldn’t assist with my case. The process felt unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating. I also left feeling uncomfortable about how my information was handled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
