Overall, I wasn’t impressed with how things were handled, especially toward the end. The final outcome on the liens only reflected about a 6% reduction, which had a noticeable impact on my net recovery. Given the firm’s experience, I expected better.
While it’s often said not to make assumptions, the level of communication I received frequently left me in a position where I had to. Updates were not as clear or consistent as they should have been.
On top of that, when I raised concerns, the response felt more defensive than helpful(caring more about negative customer review than the customers needs at hand) , which didn’t sit right with me.
Yes, the total settlement number looks good, but that doesn’t really mean much when the process lacked transparency and didn’t feel client-focused. Overall, I expected more. And cannot recommend them to anyone.

Absolutly horrible treatment. No communication unless you call the corporate office. They don't return calls, respond to emails. You get bounced from one person to another. They sat on my money for several months. There advertisement is not accurate. The Little guy does not matter
