DON'T BOTHER A WASTE OF TIME ..

No stars..so before I do anything I look at reviews just to get an idea of what I'm dealing with.It warned me about Bryana Clayton but I still gave it shot.1st I scheduled an appointment,she NEVER called so I called her and she had an attitude I was like moving forward will I have any problems contacting you,she sat quietly and didn't answer but continued to cut me off by say I'm here now HOW MAY I HELP YOU so politely ask for a supervisor and they were supposed to give me another representative....but Ms.Clayton kept calling me back in REFUSED to speak with her and they continued to let her represent me after they said she wouldn't,I explained everything to them like ALL what I'm going through and the last thing I needed was an attitude from someone who's supposed to HELP me,I finally withdrew my case and found someone who CARES.

Very polite and helpful. She treated my blind husband with utmost respect.

Terrible communication, terrible service, didn’t help out with anything at all, didn’t talk to us for a month, just for them to tell us that they dropped the case and there was nothing they can do, I highly recommend going some place else, wasted our time for months

All I can say, run, find another attorney. They don't answer their phones, they don't answer texts. Emails, nothing go find a smaller firm that actually care for their clients these guys are not for the little man only big fishes i'm truly disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE! They'll send you to do treatment before verifying the person at fault has the insurance to cover your medical expenses. My husband has done x-rays, MRIs, and has seen a chiropractor and physical therapist for almost 2 months. We just found out we have to pay for all the medical expenses and his case was dropped. Oh yea, the place he was doing his treatment isn't covered by our medical insurance... so thanks for that. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have to give Morgan a one star because his intake specialist olinka, she does not follow-up with the client concerning the information for how to continue to Post and complete your intake forms as well as she does not follow-up with the attorney and see what clients they're very unorganized, and I switched to steinger and diner and finner law firm for my personal injury.
