Total loss hit from behind crash in June of 2024. Hit by a worker in a company vehicle with Travelers insurance. No problem right? It is for Morgan and Morgan. It took them an entire year just to collect my medical bills. I could have done it in days. High turnover as well. I'm on my 3rd or 4th "legal assistant". Every time I talk to them, they say it's "headed to litigation" but there are never any dates or updates. And don't even think about getting upset, or you get put on hold so that you'll hang up. Take my advice. Go to a small personal injury firm, not a big one where you can negotiate a better rate, and have someone with kids to feed motivated to get you compensated. Even the spinal center I went to said, "Good attorneys go ahead and send over a lien, but yours hasn't. You aren't going to get much." So far, prophetic. If you get hurt, you only get one shot. Don't blow it on this ADVERTISING firm.

So far it has been a good experience and i hope it continues to be a great experience

The worse from the start. The lady acted like she cared about my husband is being retaliation against from his job as well as being discriminate against about his age. She didn't even try to get all details or even asked if we had proof that we did by every text message. I highly don't recommend them. False advertisement that y'all make. This isn't the first time. I wonder if the are getting paid by hospitals and business under the table for not taking any cases against them

Motor Vehicle Accident Statement – Lower Back Injury On the date of the incident, I was stopped at a red light, positioned normally in my vehicle with my foot on the brake. When the light turned green, I began to move forward. At that moment, a truck traveling behind me failed to stop and struck the rear of my vehicle. The impact occurred without warning, giving me no opportunity to brace myself. As a result, my body was forcefully jolted forward. The collision caused a sudden and significant movement through my lower body, particularly affecting my lower back (lumbar region). My hips were pushed forward with the seat while my lower spine experienced a rapid compression and extension. Immediately following the impact, I felt pain in my lower back. The pain was concentrated around my waistline and just above my hips. Since the accident, I have experienced ongoing symptoms including stiffness, soreness, and difficulty with movements such as bending, twisting, or prolonged sitting or standing. The discomfort has interfered with my normal daily activities. This injury occurred directly as a result of the rear-end collision, which I did not anticipate and could not avoid. Morgan and Morgan to my rescue...thank you !!!
