I recently contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding what I believe was an age/ experience discrimination wrongful termination case, as well as unpaid overtime wages that I feel were handled improperly under state labor laws. My experience was disappointing from the beginning. Each time I called, the intake staff made it seem like speaking with me was an inconvenience. I was repeatedly told that an attorney would review my case and call me back. Instead, I was told my case would be referred to a local attorney, but that referral never materialized. I had concerns involving both age discrimination and unpaid wages, but it felt like my claims were dismissed without serious consideration. From my perspective, the firm was not interested because the case did not fit the type of high-value lawsuit they typically pursue. Based on my experience, I would recommend saving yourself the time and contacting a local employment attorney directly rather than waiting on referrals that may never come
