I honestly don’t know where I’d be without Brian. From the very beginning, he made me feel safe, seen, and supported during one of the most difficult and emotionally overwhelming times of my life. He never once made me feel judged, instead, he approached everything with compassion, patience, and a calming presence that helped me breathe easier. Brian took the time to explain everything clearly, always making sure I understood my rights and my options. He treated me like a person, not just a case, and that meant everything to me. No question ever felt too small, and no concern ever went unheard. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in law, but also deeply human and kind. Brian is that rare kind of lawyer. I’m incredibly grateful for the peace of mind he gave me, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs strong, respectful, and genuinely caring legal support. Thank you!!

So this is the most accurate review that any of you are ever going to read about an attorney in the state of Utah. I hired Brian Morris on a case that I was involved with with an ex-girlfriend of mine. The case was a ‘text message and email harassment’ charge against me. I didn’t even know that this was a thing …I was unaware that if two people who are dating get into a verbal disagreement through text messages and emails that the state of Utah could get involved and slap you with a charge. There was nothing physical that happened, and there were no threats of any kind. It was just two people being idiots and not getting along and sharing some choice. Words about how they felt about their disagreement.
Brian was unlike any other attorney I’ve dealt with in my life. I am 45 years old and I have maybe hired an attorney seven or eight times in my whole life. What I loved about him is that he was a real person… He didn’t look at me as a number or another client he could make money off of. He didn’t speak in circles or any of that crazy lawyer lingo that they try to throw at you to confuse you to accept a plea. He taught me and helped me understand the legal process. And he easily got me out of my charges.
Here’s where it gets juicy and here’s the part where I was the idiot. That same ex-girlfriend and another one of my ex-girlfriend‘s in the state of Utah, got together and threw two more charges at me. So I called him up and told him about the situation and he gave me a very fair price for the two cases. Unfortunately, it was a price that I could not afford… And I’m not saying it was terribly expensive. I just only had so much money to work with where I thought I was going to have to get a ‘public pretender’. So I found another attorney in the state of Utah that took on both cases for a much lower cost.
This is the moment I realized that I was a fool. There are so many attorneys in the state of Utah that will take on your case, and they will never show up to court. You can never get them on the phone and they will never pay you a bit of attention and you will suffer the consequences by choosing that attorney that I chose over Brian. I wish to God I could go back and hire him again for those two cases and now that I made a stupid mistake I am suffering the consequences of choosing the wrong attorney.
Brian would’ve gotten me out of both of these charges and I kick myself every day for not going back to him. I am not saying he’s expensive… His rates are fair… I just went the cheap route. And I paid for it.
Here’s the thing, Brian Is such an amazing PERSON, that he literally helped me with the two cases that I was recently involved with, and was a good enough man to help me deal with my awful attorney that I chose.
I don’t only look at Brian As the best attorney in the state of Utah… I look at him as a good human being. A real person that will actually talk to you on the phone and make sure that you’re comfortable, and that you understand the situation that you’re in.
Every one of you right now that have a case that you are in the midst of… It’s a terrifying feeling because you feel like your life doesn’t belong to you and you have no idea who to trust. And we all know that attorneys these days have a very bad rap and a very bad reputation …because most of them are crooked liars that only want your money and they want to ‘turn and burn’ you so they can get onto the next…
Brian Morris Is a cut of a different cloth. He is an exceptional attorney. We all make mistakes… And sometimes we all screw up. He understands that. Ans this guy will fight for your innocence more than any other attorney, will in the state of Utah.
Like I said, this is a REAL review! And if you have any questions about anything I have said then feel free to contact me directly!
For a "flat fee" Brian Morris will keep your case in his computer and sometimes, possibly, show up for your hearing. Don't expect him to actually defend you or review your case. He's more than happy to go with whatever the Prosecutor recommends. As an attorney, he swore an oath to zealously represent his clients. Somebody's gotten a little lazy. He is unable to follow the rules of professional conduct and execute due diligence. If you have a serious case....know that you're a paycheck to him, not an actual human needing a competent attorney to fight for you.
I had questions in regards to my Divorce documents. Brian scheduled a meeting with me in a timely manner. He was so kind and answered everything I needed to know. He gave me fantastic advice for the future as well. I appreciate his time, and top tier legal advice when it came to my divorce concerns. He was more than knowledgeable, I would even go as far to say an expert in his field. 100/10 recommend for any and all legal help needed.

Most of the time using a this person isn't the most positive experience but Brian is one of the kindest people l have met and I appreciate the work he does.
