Had the pleasure of working with Marty on a family matter. As many have stated, Marty is a knowledge resource and endeavored to give his best advice for my particular situation. I really appreciated his patience and kindness and the way he explained things so that I was able to understand. I would highly recommend Marty.
I will always be deeply grateful for Attorney Marty Burbank, JD, LLM and his professional team, for timely rescue when my elder parents became unexpectedly paralyzed and bedbound with no planning in place to assist me in their crisis and end-of-life care. I am a seasoned transitional care, discharge planning coordinator and hospice RN and primary caregiver to more elder family members than I can count. On more than one occasion, I have found my family estate substantially protected by the legal protections and Trust Attorney Burbank put into place. I highly recommend Mr. Burbank and his team - I will not go to anyone else.
Had a consultation with on matters regarding my father. Marty is very knowledgeable, he listened, offered great advice, and gave me the clarity I was looking for. Highly recommend.

Marty Burbank was great! Real nice and down to earth ! Nice demeanor about him . Easy to talk to ,which is important for a lawyer . Treated my brother and I very kindly. I’d definitely go to him again !
Marty and his staff were very nice. The offices are clean and inviting. He actually told us we didn't need him for what we wanted to do, which saved us money and took it away from himself. I will go back for another consult that we will actually need him for. Highly recommended as a good guy.

Marty Burbank was recommended to me through the Alzhiemer's Association. And I would like to double down and tell you why I recommended Mr. Burbank. Me and my wife are retired school teachers of some 64+ years. My wife had to retire to Alzhiemer's and I retired to care for her. Mr Burbank without charge, gave me advice as to how to do a will where my wife would be taken care and how to make it the person we picked to take over her care. His advice saved me a lot of money and he received no financial gain. Alzhiemer's Association was right. Helped guide me on what to do about my case, even recommended me to another attorney as his practice is not in line with my case, so if ever i get to a point that i would need his services i wouldnt hesitate to contact them again.

Marty Burbank is a very thoughtful and caring Attorney. He is compassionate and a good listener. My Mother recently passed away and I needed help with her Trust.
