Marty Burbank was great! Real nice and down to earth ! Nice demeanor about him . Easy to talk to ,which is important for a lawyer . Treated my brother and I very kindly. I’d definitely go to him again !

I highly recommend Marty Burbank and the services of OC Elder Law. i wish i could give marty burbank 6 stars. i brought my parents into his office upon a recommendation from my close friend to modify their living trust. mr. burbank is very knowledgeable in estate planning and i believe he has a doctorate in tax law. my parents are korean so they of course tried to lower the cost by considerable amounts. mr. burbank was very patient and fair and i had to apologize to him afterwards because i felt so bad. he's a very good man, full of integrity which can be difficult to find in the realm of law. he is very detailed and he thinks of every possible option that could happen. i highly recommend marty burbank.

I have used this firm for setting up my mother's Estate Planning Portfolio, and drafting her Family Trust. Every meeting I have had there and every staff member I have interacted with has been very professional, and very kind and thoughtful. This place makes you feel right at home! They covered every detail, and made my mother and I feel very well taken care of. And after my first experience with OC Elder Law, I can tell you it won't be my last. Good people, good business!

I personally haven't used this law firm , but Mr. Burbank and his wife are huge hearted ppl and I want to personally thank both of you !. May God bless you even more .!.We also need more of this kind act , but after the story I seen about the college tuition for 26 children instead of a boat .,we'll I'm speechless!.
