My car was rear-ended by a car that had insufficient insurance coverage. I was hurt quite badly. The lawyers working with Oliveri & Schwartz recovered a VERY fair settlement for me, because they knew all about NY's underinsured motorist claim process. I strongly recommend this law firm. Truly the BEST in every way!
