I was referred to this law firm by another law firm. I called and was told the person, Debbie, who does the intake information was in a meeting and would call me back in about an hour and a half. Waited all afternoon and didnt relieve a call back. Called again the next day, was told she was not available again. Left her another message. Waited all day again. No call back. I guess I'll find another law firm who believes in their clients issues and is interested in helping them.

Ms. Hen and her staff organized a mass of medical records and personal interviews to present a strong case on our behalf. She fought to maximize the settlement we received with often uncooperative insurance companies and medical personnel. We are greatly indebted to her and her staff for their service in some very trying times.

I have never had any interaction with lawyers until I was hurt at work. The Parker Lipman firm was highly recommended to me, and I am so grateful to have had them help me through this miserable time in my life. At the start, Dan educated me in the process and helped me learn how to understand the legal and medical systems. Jonathan was very patient, kind, and caring to me! My case took almost 2 years to settle, as I decided whether to have surgery from my injury. Jonathan kept assuring me that they supported my decision either way, and I appreciate the perseverance and diligence he had as I worked through this situation. We recently settled with the liability company and Parker Lipman took care of all the medical bill settlements and payments with Medicare and my insurance. From Day One, Dan and Karen Blau did a wonderful job representing me on a medical malpractice matter. Extremely capable, they were exceptional communicators, sympathetic, and dedicated.
There is no question that they prioritize client needs. For example, they made it a point to periodically reach out to check in and also provided regular updates. Overall, they did a great job explaining the process and managing expectations.
Their determination, competence and expertise further strengthened my confidence that I was getting the best legal representation available (just take a look at their website- Dan was recently named the 2025 Medical Malpractice Lawyer of the Year).
