Came highly recommended & exceeded expectations. He was kind, respectful, and communication was amazing. I had a speeding ticket that he handled without me needing to be involved at all. Canadian resident, got a ticket in North Tonawanda while driving back from NY. Needed to show face in court later in the week which was obviously very difficult for me, and got charged with two traffic violations (felt quite unfair was just 20KMs over the speed limit in a confusing area where the highway merges into a slower outer town road around North Tonawanda and roads were clear and still on the outskirts). Found Patrick online as a last ditch web search, one day before the hearing. Spoke over a phone call, paid him (he was significantly cheaper than everyone else I contacted) and he said not to worry and it would be taken care of. Court case was rescheduled to last Wednesday of the month, got a call and email from him saying fines were reduced to 0 and no demerit points. Just called up the City Court of North Tonawanda and everything checks out. HIGHLY recommend Patrick, was a blessing for me.

This guy picked up the phone when I called, made the process super easy, don’t have to come to court he’s going to take care of everything. If you need help with a speeding ticket this is your guy!!

Mr Mclaughlin is handling a traffic matter of mine and I am thrilled with his service. I was caught speeding. Mr. Patrick did an amazing job with my crazy case. I moved from NY to NJ and thought that I had handled all transfers regarding my license and license plates diligently. Due to failure in communication from my insurance company to NYDMV that I had moved already to NJ triggered a driving suspension in NY for me. I only found out about the suspension while on a vacation to Niagara Falls and got pulled over in North Tonawanda. The police officers kept on mentioning to me that my driving privileges were revoked due to insurance lapse, but I had a valid up-to-date insurance. They were kind enough to let me go on my way and asked me to appear in court to fix the mess that I was apparently in. But, the tickets were "Aggravated Unlic Op 3rd (misd)" and ""Operating while registration suspended/revoked" I knew that I couldn't make the 8 hour trip back to North Tonawanda due to work obligations and hence started looking for attorneys to represent me. I found Mr. Patrick's information on Facebook and contacted him to see if he can help me in anyway. After a brief phone conversation in which he assured me that he can take care of this case, I paid for his services and hired him right away. Although we didn't communicate quite the way that I wanted, he did return my calls and assured me that everything is in order and he will make sure that the case goes smoothly. He understood that my anxiety levels were through the roof and the conversation calmed me down a lot. He contacted me right away after the court hearing and had knocked down the misdemeanor to a traffic ticket and asked me to pay it right away. I paid it through mailing in a money order to the court as they dont take over the phone payments or have online payment setup.
